Are you sure that you're pointing to the right source with the TV?

how many hours did your lamp work? perhaps the lamp need to be replaced.if it was new lamp. the other two possible reason is light tunnel and ass relay.no matter for what reason, you need to clean it for so old model tv

silly question but have you tried turning it on with the remote. if a tv has been turned off by remote and then power goes, turning it on by the tv switch will put the tv back in stand-by mode and you need to use remote. just a suggestion.

Your TV most likely a convergence failure. ( common problem )

Here are some of the most common symptoms and example photos of a convergence problem

• Screen looks 3D
• Colors don't line up
• One or more colors can't be adjusted when using the convergence menu.
• Screen is bowed or warped.

Here is a quick test....

Using your original remote go-to the tv settings then goto the convergence section.

Try to adjust the red and then the blue convergence.

You should be able to move them up, down, left, and right.

If you can't move them in all directions your convergence chips are bad and should be replaced. This is a common problem.

SOLUTION

You will need to replace the convergence chips and possibly some convergence resistors and pico fuses. Its a fairly easy DIY job or you can call in a pro. If you want to do the repair yourself check the site www.TvRepairKits.com. Their kits include a photo instruction guide, original OEM Sanyo STK chips, convergence resistors, pico fuses, thermal paste, email/phone support, etc.

It could be a bad tuner in the set if you are using the Coax fitting for signal---if the rear audio/video inputs work with a cable box you could route signal into one of those instead of the tuner, bypass the issue.

Sounds like one or more of the projectors are blown as far as not having any picture.
