Hi,

You have a small fuse on your red power wire, it probably popped, cops turn all their radios off before giving or getting a jump as this happens when you have surge of voltage and a 2 amp fuse.You could also try leaving the Radio unplugged for Few Minutes and that would Reset the Device.

connect yellow and red to 12v.+ and black to grnd. power it on remove cd

hi mate have you solves this yet its just that im havin the same problem but i can load and eject the cds but my screen swwitches off ay ideas ?

This head unit comes with a security screw that can be installed to secure the faceplate for retail display. If it was purchased as a demo model, the screw may be in place. To check, the deck has to be dismounted from the vehicle. The screw location will be in the side of the chassis, near the faceplate on the same side as the release button. Removing the screw will allow the faceplate to come off.
