How do I set date and time?
- To set the current date and time, press and hold down the SET/EDIT button for 2 seconds, let go and the Month (M) and Day (D) indicators will start flashing.
- While the Month (M) and Date (D) indicators are flashing press the LOCK button to cycle through the 3 available date formats.
- Once you have chosen an appropriate date format, press the SHIFT button to switch between each of the different DATE, MONTH, YEAR, HOUR and MINUTE fields. The field that is currently active will start flashing. To change a field's value press the LOCK button, each stroke of the Lock button moves one value up.
- Once you are finished setting the Date and Time press the SET/EDIT button to return to normal display.
Note: If you go past the current year, you will need to press the LOCK button to cycle through the year 2189, and back up to the current year.

How do I reset my Dymo LabelPOINT 350 Printer
To reset your Dymo LabelPOINT 350 Printer, please follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet and then disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
2. Press and hold down the 'Function' key.
3. While still holding down the 'Function' key, reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer.
4. Release the 'Function' key after the printer starts up.
5. Disconnect the printer from the power cord once more.
6. Reconnect the power cord to the wall outlet and then reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer.
7. Your Dymo LabelPOINT 350 Printer should now be reset.
How can I cancel printing on my dymo?
If you are printing from a computer, the print job will be in the bottom right taskbar (click the small arrow). Open the icon and in the heading Cancel Print Jobs.
Or you can go to Start - Settings - Devices - Printers and Scanners and choose the printer and cancel from there.
Dymo LetraTag letters won’t work
I also had a problem with the middle letters not working. I opened up the machine and cleaned the circuit board and the bottom of the keypad with rubbing alcohol. That seemed to do the trick.
