If you purchase the game you will not have this issue. The file you downloaded was acquired illegally and will require completing scams and giving phishers easy access to your personal information. Then the game will most likely not work once you open it anyways. Good luck!
Transformer the game
In doing some research on this issue I've found it to be a common occurrence. Some suggestions state to try adjusting your video settings, but others state it's a bug and manually closing the application is the only way to get around it.
WE are trying to play
I've never heard of this kind of problem but,since it crashes at a certain level the reason could be,you don't have all the files of the game.So reinstall the game and see if it works.

It looks like your Video Card doesn't meet the minimum system requirements. The only way to get this fixed is by upgrading your video card that supports at leat Pixel Shader 1.1.

I am having a problem.
Direct3D 6? Wow, the game must be way older than your computer. You probably installed DirectX 10 or later. There were major changes after DirectX 9. The software routines to manage graphics hardware acceleration through DirectX 10 or newer are probably very different from DirectX 6, so the game's graphic controller interface can't find them.
Try going into the game properties (right-click on the main executable file and select Properties from the pop-up menu).
Set it to run in XP compatibility mode and see what happens.
Check to see if the game has the option to run without hardware acceleration. If this provides acceptable performance, that is your answer.
If necessary (and if Microsoft still makes it available), try installing DirectX 6. Vista may snag on it and make you remove it and reinstall a newer version, but it's worth a shot if the other fixes don't work.
