You have 48 hours to pay the fine!
you have a WinLock Virus--Money Pac--Green Dot Payment--Ransom-Ware.Start in Safe Mode with Networking. Down load Malwarebytes, update, and run full scan. Restart to remove files as instructed. Then download Avast Free Anti-Virus, then run Boot Time Scan.If you feel creative, then unhide your files and folders--root directory--users--(user name)--app data--local (clean up and delete all malicious files, folders, and applications). Delete all you can from the "temp" folder (there will be one that you can't delete).Do the same for the --local low-- and the --roaming--. Go to desktop --start--run-- msconfig --start tab--uncheck all but the antivirus--apply--ok--restart. (will stop the "can't execute .dll files").Go back to root directory--program files--delete all non-essential folders, ie; ask folder, sun, babylon, conduit, aro, mcafee, norton, avg/avg2013, etc...Add/Remove programs--Programs and Features. Remove all un-needed programs. You will see remnants of the files that you just deleted, and try to removed them, should come up and say something in the effect..."Program cannot be found, would you like to remove it from this list?" click yes. This solution will not remove anything from the registry, but it is only advised if a complete Format and OS Re-Install is NOT an option. This will make your unit usable enough to get your files, music, and pics save off of the hdd if you do not have the equipment to remove hdd and connect it to another computer.Recommended is a complete Re-Install, then you will KNOW that your files and registry is clean. If you take it to a trusted repair or other person that has tools and knowledge to do this, you will get back a puter without all the junk-ware and bloat-ware that your puter came with when it was new.Just Sayn
