NO AUDIO OUTPUT DEVICE IS
If your using Windows 7, click the Start Globe and right click on Computer and select Properties. Take a look on the left for Device Manager. See if there is a Sound Controller. It may just need a new driver which can be found on the manufacturers web page.

Lost my wi-fi on my toshiba l455
It's common that the switch that enables/disables wifi gets hit accidentally. I believe, on your model, that pressing the Function Key (Fn) and the F8 key simultaneously is the way to turn wifi on and off.

Toshiba Satellite L455d-S5976 Bios password locked then shuts down?
If your trying to get into BIOS to change settings and you forgot password you have to reset CMOS whitch set system back to default. This physically done inside computer using the jumper pins on south bridge of motherbaord.. Its a little differant on some systems so you will have to somehow refer to service portion of cumputer management inmanual or find access to MFG website for info how to reset CMOS on your system. However there is software you can obtain that you put on a USB and reboot system and tells you the passwords to the computer, but you must be cautious when useing this software exspecially when there is two operating systems installed so proceed with caution if you go this route. Good Luck !

How can I restore to factory condition without a
Many laptops have a hidden partition with everything needed to restor the computer. Some people burn it to disk and then delete it to make space. Some laptops come with a restore disk. If you have a hidden partition look for start/all programs/Toshiba see if there is a restore option. If not there could be an option to restore from bootup. If so try hitting esc or f1 or f2 when rebooting.

Microphone not working
I'm sure it works. Just wear headphones so that you don't get loud feedback from the mic hearing the speakers. Then make sure if there are any physical switches that they are on. Click volume icon click mixer find your mic and uncheck mute
