It sounds like the fuel tank;s VENT line hose has become swapped with the SUPPLY line. Fumes from the top of the tank are supposed to be delivered to through the vent line to the evap canister, not liquid fuel. Likewise the line feeding the fuel pressure regulator and then on to the fuel injectors needs pressurized liquid fuel and not just tank fumes.

did you mark which line came off which connection, go back over it, sounds like you've hooked the main fuel line up to the return line.

proper adjust is tricky on these but to startadjust the 2 idle mixture screws at base all the way in then back out 3 1/2 turns. idle scew on linkage 1/4 after screw touches linkage

Sounds like a crack or hole in the gas tank evaporator canister. That will make the engine not idle right because the canister is vacuum assisted. Quick fix pinch off the vacuum line and see if engine doesn't idle ok. This is a must fix or your going to have a fire under the hood.

Yes. The inner door panel needs to be removed since the switch is on the inside of it.

The code is: P2000 NOx Trap Efficiency Below Threshold Bank1 and I do not know what that is unless it has something to do with the oxygen supply to the engine. Sorry I am not much help.

sounds like the alternator is not putting out. If you start the car and remove the battery cable and the engine shuts off then the alternator is bad and you need to change it.

take the screws out of the arm and take it down.

check everything else, I don't believe it has one
