i think no they will not create you problem, because the the main board of device is originally from samsung and you only just update software (which is free from samsung) and change hardware spare parts (that mean maybe you have damaged the parts and you change to use proparly device. so i think there is no issue.

Usually when update goes wrong, it deletes a folder or mess up a folder named EFS, here is the information for your imei among other info. If you have a little bit of knowledge on how to flash a firmware, then I recommend that you download Odin (a software for Windows which will allow you to flash firmware for Samsung devices) and a stock ROM (firmware) for you model. By flashing an original firmware, would replace and fix the missing EFS folder.
