Dont know what the difference is between lamps
these are Panasonic arc lamps .. the numbers 100-120 indicates the intended voltage range of operation .. the /1.3 or /1.4 is the current in amps .. so the 1.4 is slightly higher current and likely a bit brighter .. thats 156 watts vs. 168 watts .. arc lamps are much more efficient than incandescent so 150 watts in an arc lamp is a lot more light than a 150 watt incandescent...
I have a Mitsubishi vs-45605 and the power button will no longer work. Can i get this part?
This sounds like it could be a High voltage shutdown, a bean detection shutdown, a short in the sweep circuits, or a power supply issue.I have found 1. SHORT DETECT SHUTDOWN (PIN 13 OF IC700) CHECK FOR OPEN L902 PART # 351P155010 OFF Q904 C (15 V SUPPLY) ON THE MAIN PCB. 2. SHORT DETECT SHUTDOWN (PIN 13 OF IC700) CHECK FOR SHORTED D913 PART # 264P722010 AND OPEN Z901 PART # 283P039020 (Z905 AND Z900 M 3. CHECK FOR LEAKEY D5A21, PART # 264P045040, IN THE BEAM PROTECTION CIRCUIT ON THE MAIN PCB 4. CHECK PIN 6 OFF IC5A01 FOR 22.2 VOLTS DC IF LOW CHECK D5A09, PART # 264P244030 ON THE MAIN PCB. Or possibly the crts have leaked fluid and damaged the system or convergence board. It would be a total shot in the dark to say what is wrong with this set without looking at it. You are going to have to call in a tech to give you an estimate. Expect anywhere from 150 to 600 bucks. depending on what the problem is.
Can't converge red on the edges
Depending on the actual model number the set uses either one or two convergence chips and both would now have to be replaced.Set as you know has convergence mode in customer menu and another in one of three hidden menus.
73' dlp white lines lots of them
The problem is in the flyback transformer, or there is a open resistor in the video output, one possible solution is adjust the screen control on the flyback transformer a very slight tweak anti-clockwise, this in a lot of cases will fix the problem, but you must use extreme care, "high voltage danger"
Video inputs will not display,
Hi.
If the on screen display is visible then the problem is not the lamp. If inputs do not work the problem is the terminal board that includes input connectors and send signal to the main board:
Parts for this TV are scarcely available, here
one of the biggest parts sellers. The board is not in stock and it must be repaired working at component level (testing and replacing individual components).

MITSUBISHI WS-73909 will not turn on
Are you a Quailified Technician ? Because this repair is not for the novice. The best thing I can tell you is contact a Mitsubishi Authorized repair center or tell me what area you live in and I can find one for you. cost is 250-350 to repair.
Mitsubishi 65in DLP shuts off after a few seconds.
My experience with this has been a fan is not spinning fast enough due to dust or wear. Cleaning the sets fans may solve your problem. If you can turn it back on in 1 minute and it does it again it is the fans. Good luck
Vertical line splitting screen
We have had issues like this that ended up being the digital convergence module. There are surface mount electrolytics that suffer from dielectric absorbtion (dry out) and they must be replaced. It's much easier to replace the module than to repair it, the convergence will need to be reset once this is done. If you have the original remote control you can gain access to the service menu to reset the digital convergence.

No Power.
You might have blown a fuse inside the TV. Lots off volts can go into those TVs. Make sure you are under warrinity and return the thing. Maybe also a malfunction.

Line down the cent of the tv
If all you get in the screen is this line coming down from top to bottom the set has a problem in the horizontal deflection circuit and it needs service, the lamp will never cause a symptom like this.If you are familiar with tv service you can give it a shot and look for the problem,it might be only a loose conection in the circuit I mentioned but if you are not too familiar you will need the help of a servicer.Let Us know if you need more information.
My tv blinks 6x red and 1x yellow. whats that mean?
Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices.

If blinks continue without any pause, or the LED light stationery; the main board is faulty.

How to replace the main board on a mitsubishi WD-60C8
Basing the replacement of the board on the clicking sound of a relay trying to close is not a safe bet. The first thing you need to do is check the bulb. Then there is a ballast board and then the Power supply board. Parts might be hard to find. Use the website I listed to see what part numbers are then google it or look on eba or amazon for those parts.
