yes, there are two fuses on the main wiring harnesses for the remote start brain. also try reprogramming the transmitters:
1. Turn key to ignition position (ON) 2. press and release programming button (you will need to locate this in your vehicle, ask your installer where this was placed; it can normally be found under the driver's side of the under-dash) 3. press and hold programming button 4. while holding programming button, press lock on each transmitter one at a time. 5. Turn key off and remove, test transmitters.

Get a meter and connect it at the battery terminal connectors while somebody starts the truck. Don't connect directly to the battery posts.
