TPMS malfuntion for Kia Sportage 2008

It is caused from data interference by the bypass module. A different firmware will need to be used or a different bypass all together. If Frys recently installed it, then they should be responsible to fix under warranty.

We haven't we have an Avital 3200 remote start and the car will not start after changing the battery and we do not have the remote starter fob is there a reason the car won't start due to the remote start and the battery being unhooked?

Yes, your antitheft system need resetting because you disconnected the battery. Because you have an aftermarket remote starter, get the installer to come out to you and reprogram everything. Number 1 tip. When changing a battery, always maintain a 12 volt supply during changeover using a battery tender, the existing battery with jump leads, or a special attachment that goes into the cigarette lighter.

I have just had an avital 5103L installed on my truck and when I start it with the remote in the morning the alarm goes off. only when cold

Get a meter and connect it at the battery terminal connectors while somebody starts the truck. Don't connect directly to the battery posts. If you get a big voltage drop, it might be the connectors not cleaned or tightened properly, or could be the battery. Many car alarms sound when the voltage isn't high enough. Also when you had the avital installed, they had to disconnect the battery, so it could be that.
