Blower won't start.it's getting a good
Whilst I cannot offer a definite solution to this problem, it is worth disassembling the carburettor looking for dark brown material that collects if you don't drain the fuel tank after each use. I have started running all of my petrol engines dry to avoid this problem of fuel evaporating leaving coagulated oil in the carburettor as a membrane. You won't damage a good motor by doing this since as you should have lubrication for the piston rings right up until the agonal stroke.

Can you find the model number on the Homelite Mighty Lite BlowerVac? For the UT08520 and UT08921 26cc blowers and the UT08550 and UT08951 blower vacs, you can mix the Homelite Premium Exact Lubricant with gasoline following the label directions. For other synthetic oil additives, use 2.6 oz of additive per 1 gallon of gasoline. (It's 20ml to 1 l if you use the metric system.) That's a 50:1 ratio (gasoline to additive). Many Homelite Blower manuals are available here:
http://manuals.homelite.com/documents?page=5 . You should try to find your exact model and then check the manual to confirm that your model blower vac uses this same ratio of oil to gasoline. You will need Adobe Reader or a similar program to read the manual.I hope this helps. Cindy Wells
