Blower won't start.it's getting a good

Whilst I cannot offer a definite solution to this problem, it is worth disassembling the carburettor looking for dark brown material that collects if you don't drain the fuel tank after each use. I have started running all of my petrol engines dry to avoid this problem of fuel evaporating leaving coagulated oil in the carburettor as a membrane. You won't damage a good motor by doing this since as you should have lubrication for the piston rings right up until the agonal stroke.

My leafblower won't draw fuel, despite a new carburator. If I put a bit of fuel in the cylinder, it turns over easily for a second or two, then dies.

Who put in a new carb? Ask them. Check for air leak in fuel line or clogged filter at intake inside gas tank. Maybe intake tube is not down in the gas tank far enough.

How to adjust a home lite mighty lite blower vac carburator "?"

Hi. This link, http://manuals.homelite.com/documents?page=5 is to the homelite page where the manuals are, however, there are 4 different models of the handheld blower you have. Either way, if this is a really new model, there may be no way to adjust the carburetor, as due to emissions standards, there may not even be any idle screws, but if they do exist, the head ma be whats called "pacman", as it looks like a little....yeah...pacman.

I do not know the oil-to-gas ratio to mix/buy. My

Can you find the model number on the Homelite Mighty Lite BlowerVac? For the UT08520 and UT08921 26cc blowers and the UT08550 and UT08951 blower vacs, you can mix the Homelite Premium Exact Lubricant with gasoline following the label directions. For other synthetic oil additives, use 2.6 oz of additive per 1 gallon of gasoline. (It's 20ml to 1 l if you use the metric system.) That's a 50:1 ratio (gasoline to additive). Many Homelite Blower manuals are available here: http://manuals.homelite.com/documents?page=5 . You should try to find your exact model and then check the manual to confirm that your model blower vac uses this same ratio of oil to gasoline. You will need Adobe Reader or a similar program to read the manual.I hope this helps. Cindy Wells
