Look in front of back tired on frame, not deck, there are. 2 rods, 1 on each side, rods look like a L, it's going through a little eye opening, push it backards, mower should move. If rod is pulled through opening and locked in, mower will not move..its a safety. Feather on mower

My pto is on all the time on my Toro zero turn. Blades are engaged when I start the engine even though the switch is in the off position? What would cause this?

Haven't had your particular problem, but my my blades would not turn when I pulled the PTO control knob. Turned out to be a bad PTO switch. Mechanic replaced the switch and it worked fine thereafter.

Why does it keep blowing the 30 amp fuse as soon as I turn the switch?

You have what is commonly called an "Dead Short". Meaning that one or more wires that carry positive flow from the battery is grounded against the frame (In most cases that I have seen) Tracing a short can be a hair raising experience if it is intermittent. The first thing to check is the negative battery cable to make sure it is clean and tight. Then follow the negative cable down to the the frame or under the frame and make sure the bolt is tight. Also, if your engine bolts are loose, this also will cause the fuse to blow. George

Why does the electric brake stay on?

It sounds as though a wire has been switched or disconnected on the ignition switch itself. Check for loose or disconnected wire on keyswitch.

Mower runs when cold but loses power and finally stops appears to be blowing back oil through add spout

crank case pressure on engine will usually splash oil up spout on most stationary engines we just don't usually remove them when running . , I would not look at that as huge problem .I would think your carby main jet needs cleaning , if runs on choke this usually is good sign is blocked.
