test voltage from output control board motor, for input voltage terminal motor, if there ARE not voltage, the control board is faulty. see my personal TIPS for motor.2) test the terminal voltage motor, if there ARE the motor is faulty.3)loose the belt and try again if the motor is running the problem is the deck belt board, LUBE it.God bless you

from ur description i think ur treadmills control module have problem. motor driving card and motor is ok. normally there are no serviceable part inside the controlling module ( user interface module). only thing can do is remove the controlling module, take out its board check all the micro switches( press button switches) replace it found faulty or not( remember to remove the power before). the refix it and the test the tread mill.

Hey Tyler, You may need to re-calibrate your treadmill you can check out this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MWDvxTKXem0 it will guide you through it. if the problem reoccurs after the calibration then you may need to replace the speed sensor... it is usually located next to the drive motor pulley (it is a magnetic pulse speed senor so it should be facing the magnet on the motor pulley) P.S. if the sensor is not lined up this can be the cause of the problem also, so check that it is before replacing. The cause of this problem is because your powerboad need big power (Amp) to turn the motor (and the belt) This usually happens if your treadmill belt is not lubricate well or needs change. So, first try to lubricate your treadmill belt with silicone oil and be sure that treadmill deck is clean. If the problem continues you must change your treadmill belt. Greetings from Greece
