If there is not a replacement you can remove the wires from the switch and wire them together. Make sure you unplug your bowflex before doing this. If it has only two wires it will be easy. If more than 2 wires take a photo and post it.

On mine it is by where the power cord goes in to the machine... I thought ir was the powr on off button.. bu it is marked rest and does not turn the power off
