Can my quinny buzz 3 from 2008 be repaired?

HiThe initial reaction for the front wheel issue would be that a build up of dirt and grime is causing it to misperform. We would recommend a thorough cleaning of the front wheel unit with furniture polish or dry teflon spray (found in the laundry aisle of larger supermarkets) You can also book in the chassis for inspection / repair work required on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30 (Excluding Bank Holidays) Also to obtain replacement central hinge screws you can contact this number and we will be happy to assist.

When the baby is in the stroller, the stroller unsnaps and begins to fold. What is going on?

I think your problem is that the chassis does not lock into place (if this is a quinny stroller we had a similar problem a few times). Just open up the chassis, let it go all the way up, and then firmly lift the handle holding the frame down, until you hear the frame click -- that means it is locked into place. Then you can insert the seat in place and it should not fold down on you. Put some pressure on the seat and if it still folds down, then the locking mechanism is bust and you can take it to the dealer to have it checked. Good luck!
