The bracket with the 2 holes is a retainer so the bolts don't loosen. it's a good idea to put anti seize compound on the bolt threads so they won't seize in the block. You can buy a small tube of anti seize compound in any auto parts store.

I didn't get any hits or info using the model # 944.365180. I don't think it is the correct number. If you take the air cleaner off the carb and look inside the throat, you will see a butterfly valve which is connected to a small ear on the outside of the carb. If you move the small ear, the butterfly valve should move. That ear is where the throttle cable goes. I suspect the other cable is for the choke. There should another ear lever , proably on the side of the carb. If you move that lever, the choke should open and close. The other cable attaches to the lever.

Hi!

The battery should be charged for at least 18 hours before you use the vehicle for the first time. This is the time needed before the battery get fully charge.

They won't work with a Lithium battery. The controller circuitry doesn't understand this weird new battery. They don't work on electric kiddy bikes without changing the controller and then not all work as expected. They also don't work on full size motorcycles as a starting battery.
