My gasket is missing from my 5500 back to basics blender. where can I purchase one.

I would look up the manufacturers address and phone number (listed on the I.D. tag on the machine) on the computer, give them a call, and they should be able to ship you one. God bless your efforts.

I contacted the Focus Electric Company which has owned Back to Basics now.
They guarenteed to replace the motor if it was purchased within a year.

Durabrand Blender TSK-9368AP. How can I get a replacement pitcher for my TSK-9368AP blender?

Jimmy LavinderYou are tagging a dormant unanswered post that is 10 years old!The section up at the top is for you to ASK the Original Poster a QUESTION before giving him an ANSWER. You can't get any parts for anything online without an email address and a physical address. These parts are never found in a store. Durabrand is a cheap company of the 'sell and run' variety. There are no spares.https://www.google.com/search?q=durabrand+TSK-9368AP+partsDump it and buy a Vitamix, a company that guarantees spares forever or even a Braun, or Oster that guarantees them for 10 years...

I have a Waring WSB33 stick blender blade does not turn

Actually I do repair these stick types all of the time. The trick is getting the head off. Then its a simple Process to remove the shaft and clean inside and add bearings or bushings of needed. After removing the blade and blade holder, Remove the coupling at the top, then remove the 4 screws. After that you will see a aluminum washer. Stop here. To remove the head assembly, you need to make a large slide hammer like a split bearing. Lead or steel is good. Or a circle of cement 8 inches in Diameter and 4 inches thick. The inside hole should be as close to the diameter of the mixer shaft as possible. Cast it in two halves so when assembled it forms a ring around the shaft. Wrap this with lots of duct tape. also place a ring of duct tape around the plastic head where the cement will touch it. now wearing gloves, grab the metal base (or secure it to something with a chain or in the fork of a tree). Once secured, slide the weight quickly against the plastic head assembly. After a few hits the head should pop out. Then remove the shaft, replace the o-rungs in the center bearing, clean the unit & reassemble.Use Silicone as sealant when reassembling the body. There is no need to remove the lower seal assembly but clean it with a small bottle brush. I have included pictures of this procedure but im too ugly to make a You Tube Video. ;) These pictures are from my teaching tool and were cut to show anatomy. Prolectrix Soup Maker. My soup maker didn't heat the soup up?

Question edited for clarity. That is likely a failed heating element, failed thermostat, or worse case scenario, a failed control board. https://www.google.com/search?q=prolectrix+soup+maker+not+heating+up ..
