How to fully reformat a ASUS K52Jc laptop
to reformat your laptop you have to reinstall your os fully, if you reformat your drives just right click the drive and click format so that your storage drive will be reformat.

How do i reset bios password
It is impossible to reset the BIOS password. Even if you remove the CMOS battery, the computer will always keep the password. You could try to flash the BIOS but unless you know what your doing it will still keep it to the default and if you do it wrong, your computer will become a paperwait.

Please restart the computer in safe mode (keep tapping F8 while restarting the comptuer untill you get the advanced menu to choose safe mode). Use the up and down arrow key to choose safe mode and then hit enter.
check if the mouse pad is working in safe mode, if it works then the hardware is good.
We need to work on reinstalling the software to solve the issue.
Revert to this post after checking in safe mode so that we can suggest next steps.

If you go to start programes or all programes then find your webcam and click on it and if the driver is working correctly you should be able to go into the settings and set it up if necessary
I only see that you that can choose a restore
Windows has the option the create restore points, so that at any point in time you can go back to a restored image of your computer from that time. This option is very handy to undo changes you've made to your computer in case any problems occur.
In order to wipe your laptop completly, you have to options. One is to install a fresh copy of Windows, and while installing you will be given to option to Format your drive. The other option is to restore it back to it's factory settings. To do this you need the restoration CD that should have come with the laptop. Put it in the disk drive and upon start up press the F key required for either System Restore or Factory Settings. One of these two options will show up at the bottom of the screen, right at the begining of booting up.

During the boot up process you will see on the screen press a certain key to enter set up
Press either delete or f2 during the boot up process to enter BIOS scroll down to set supervisor or user password you can change or remove your password from there
once you have your computer running
On the Users tab, click the name of the user whose password you want to change, and then click Reset Password.
- In New password and Confirm new password, type the new password, and then click OK.

1. Select Product - NOTEBOOK
2. Select Series - K50 Series
3. Select Model - K50lj
Search and select your operating system. Goto Utilities section and download Lifeframe.
