Can is listen to music

Just phone the number “0” and then play through the app called “Musi” then you got it.
It only works through musi. The sound quality would still be pretty bad.

How can I remove the battery?

The battery on this device is not user replaceable. You may be able to open the case, but the battery may be difficult to source- it is unlikely to be anything standard. These devices are regarded as disposable- when the battery wears out you dispose and but a new one.

How do i reset my bluetooth?

Usually, you don't "reset" a bluetooth headset. You simply "pair" it to a new device. Instructions are in your manual. If you have lost your manual, you can download another one from the Samsung Support site at: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/AWEP460JBE

My htc phone cant find my samsung wep460 bluetooth

Try to put your headset in pairing mode, prior to trying to pair it with your phone. If it has never been paired with another device defore, just by turning it on, it should enter that mode, denoted by its indicator light being steadily lit in blue. Otherwise, turn your headset off. Then, press and hold the Muiti-Function Button for far more seconds than the time required to turn it on, until its indicator light is steadily lit in blue. Then, within the next couple of minutes, bring your phone and headset close to each other, and make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, your headset should appear on-screen. Select it and make your phone connect to it. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passcode) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset should enter the stand-by mode. There should be an indication on your phone too, that the pairing process has been successful. Otherwise, turn you headset off and repeat the pairing process all over again.
Hope you are able to sort your problems out soon. Anyway, please, let me know if I can help you any further.
By the way, if your headset's quick start guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.
Regards, Carlos
