How do I fix a wobbly in ground basketball hoop
I would clear any loose debris, repack around pole with a dry concrete mix then add water to it make sure pole is level, brace if necessary and give 24 hours to set up.

How to fix my basketball hoop
Your either going to have buy a new one which I'm sure you want to be a plan Z. With that said, your going to have to weld it at a position that is not adjustable or is possible weld and screw 2 sides where it can move at the broken angle

What the Problem
You need to give us a better picture and description of your problem. It looks like you are working with a basketball goal that is laying down on the ground. Do you really mean only the "Net," or are you using the word net to mean the whole backboard mechanism? Are you talking about hooking the strings of the net to the orange "hoop?"Is this the first time you have tried to raise it, or has something changed after you have used it successfully for awhile? Is this new and you put it together yourself? If so, you probably made a mistake. Review the instructions, or ask a mechanical friend to look at it.Often the answer is easy - its asking the right question that is the hard part! Hopefully you can understand that you have not yet asked us the right question.

How can I get a better grip on the ball when I'm shooting?
As a high school
basketball coach for a girl's team, the first thing I always tell them is to
not use hand lotion. This adds to excess
slippery sweat on the palms. You should be
gripping the ball between your palms.
When you shoot it, instead of tossing it from your palms, throw it with your arms.

What material are basketballs made of?
Basketballs are made of mostly rubber with a fiber layer
wrapped around them for protection. It
depends on which league you are referring to but this is the standard.
