We are getting a constant buzz when the parent

have a good look around were you use the hand set,,if your near a light or a mobile phone that can cause a buzz also so can a rippel in the line
ie the plug socket feeding the unit,, its called (an,,emf pulse) radios are not realy that good in houses

My parent unit is not working. All it does is

Had same problem - here's what worked for AC401 (from manual):
CONNECTING THE PARENTS UNIT TO THE NURSERY UNIT: If you lose the connection between the 2 units,turn them both off. Turn ON the parents unit and press and hold the MENU button ,the "out of range"indicator will flash and you will hear a beep.Turn ON the nursery unit and press and hold the top button of the nursery unit to reconnect. The Tic light flashes.This normally happens within a few seconds and you will hear a bleep to confirm it. If successful, the parents unit display will first show the channel of transmission (C1 to C8), which will be replaced by the room temperature and icons for all activated functions.

AngelCare Baby monitor and movement sensor AC401 mike problems.

Press Menu, then press Menu two more times until the icon on the far top left of the little display shows up, then you'll see the on/off option if you use the arrow keys. Use the arrow to select OFF and then press Select. Then press Exit.

The volume is so low

If the product is under 12 months old please return to your retailer with proof of purchase for them to assist under the terms and conditions of the warranty. Without being able to inspect the product it is impossible to diagnose the problem.

Without inspecting this item it is impossible to diagnose the problem. If the product is under 12 months old please return it to your retailer with proof of purchase.
