You have to remove the case and check the suspension springs and shock absorber. The springs can break or come unhooked.

please lower the amount of water in the washer machine by one-third if possible and do the same for the amount of detergent that you usually use. If that fails, please power cycle your washing machine. If the leaks are not coming from the top of the washing machine via overflow. Then, you might need to schedule for a repair of the washer.
