The on-line user manual is incorrectly cataloged as the "washer". The manual on-line reads "Dryer".
Does anyone have the washer manual?
I have the Service Technician Diagnostic Guide...it was located behind the lower front panel on the right hand side. It's not really a user manual, but wasn't sure what info you needed that you hoped might be in the user manual, as opposed to a Diagnostic Guide.

Kenmore HE3 washer leaking all over the floor! Only 6months-1 year old!!
You will need to remove the lower kick panel directly below the door to gain access to the inside cabinet to see where the leak may be coming from. The panel comes off by removing the screws under the bottom front edge of the panel. With the screws removed, the panel will drop down, then come off.
NOTE: Propping the two front feet of the washer up with something (a 2x4 works well for this) will give you better access to the screws.
The most common source of leakage on this washer is the rubber bellow around the door. It can develop cracks or tears over time and require replacement. A tell-tale sign is the front counterweight (looks like a concrete block on the front of the wash tub) looking wet. The counterweight will remain dry if the tub is sealed properly. From the inside of the washer, pull the rubber folds back on the door bellow and inspect the perimeter for any rips or tears. If the bellow is damaged, it must be replaced. The following link epxlains how:
http://www.fixya.com/support/r385210-replacing_door_bellow_kenmore_elite
If the bellow is intact, check the rear bellow seal where it connects to the front of the wash tub. If the clamp comes loose the bellow can shift and begin to leak. Tighten if necessary.
Check the drain pump and hoses to ensure they are not leaking. The drain pump is directly in the front under the wash tub.
Check the area directly below the wash tub. If the leak is coming from the wash tub iteself, you may have a bad tub seal. A replacement gasket doesn't cost much at all, but the labor involved is extensive.
Another simple problem is the dispenser tube(s) that come through the door bellow. Sometimes, these small tubes will work their way behind the rubber in the door and leak when the washer attempts to fill or rinse. This is a simple matter of adjusting the tubes to ensure they are seated through the door gasket properly.
If you have any questions, or require additional assistance, please let me know. I hope you find this information helpful.

Got an F6 error code in my Kenmore HE3t front load washing machine. I replaced the MCU and now when I start the machine the cycle starts and the timer will begin to blink and an odd buzzing sound comes out of the machine and the F6 error code appears again and then the machine drains. Now what? I spent a lot on a new MCU! Ugggghhh!!
This is not a Computer Processor issue. Wrong section.

I cant find anywhere what the F35 codes means to solve the problem with my washer. What I do know is when it does run and doesnt give me the error code it leaks and I cant find from where. Help me please. Had our unit 3 monthes and the same issue is happening. SUD appears then followed by F35. Technician has been out and ordered a pressure switch part. That was 3 weeks ago! I called SEARS directly and they are shipping the part directly to my house. This part just plugs in and can be replaced by anyone themselves. hope this works.<!-- from fixya rte -->

I have a HE3t and have just today noticed that a substantial amount of water (less than a gallon) is leaking from vent at the bottom the soap/bleach dispenser tray. the tray has no blockages that I can see. Is this a known problem?
I was just about to call the service teck when I decided I shouldn't be this stupid and try and fix it myself.
I took the tray out and looked in with a flashlight.
Saw nothing.
Cleaned the tray and then checked the drainage hole inside the opening where the tray normally feeds the machine the soap.
I found a inside of the liquid XXXKing laundry cap partially blocking the drain.
Took it out and works fine.

We were intermittently getting an F11 code, now the washer won't start and we get F then DL codes. Any suggestions?
If you were already experiencing the F11 error code and now experiencing the Fdl error, this more than likely is a failure of the Main Control Board. F11 is a serial communications error associated with the Main Control Board, while the Fdl error is either a failed Main Control Board and/or door latch. You can replace the door latch first to see if the error goes away, but I would almost bet you have a control board problem since you were already experiencing an intermittent error code associated to it. Let me know if you have any further questions.

i have the same problem w kenmore front loading machine. brownish lines (stains) on white clothing, was rare now is often. have cleaned the machine over and over still happening - help!
The brown stains are likely coming from the felt drum seal. The OEM adhesive is tar based - and after time and use - breaks down.
You'll need a new felt seal - and the adhesive that is used should be silicone based... eliminating the brown streaks.

need to know how to clean lint trap and where is lint trap located on the Kenmore He3 washer
The only trap on a Kenmore Elite HE3 is in the drain pump. The following link explains how to access and clean it out:
http://www.fixya.com/support/r385844-checking_drain_pump_kenmore_elite_front
Read through the link provided and let me know if you have any questions. I personally own one of these washers and have repaired them many times. If you are experiencing drain problems, the problem will most commonly be attributed to the drain pump trap becoming clogged with debris. There's usually an error code associated with this problem of "F02". If you attempt to clean the drain pump and you discover the pump to be clear, check the drain lines (especially the line running from the bottom of the wash tub to the inlet side of the pump). If all these preliminary checks don't solve the problem, the manufacturer recommends replacing the drain pump.
If this is not what you were talking about, please post back and elaborate a bit more so I can understand the problem you are having. I hope this helps you.
