There are no differences between these models. All that is is a model code used in the manufacturing process to denote what country the unit is from. 0 - Japan 1 - US

2 - Australia
3 - UK I do not know what country 4 and 8 is from though. I hope this helps.

You can download PSP games through your your PC.You have installed 'media go' software first in your PC ( Just get it from sony web through internet ). Open up the media go then sign in. Download the games then connect your PSP to PC via usb cable, Transfer your game to PSP memory stick. Disconnect your PSP from PC and open your memory stick for downloaded games.

Hi. Try to plug in the PSP to other USB port. Have you tried plugging in different device to your USB port just to check in the port is working?

cant yet, psp go just came out so they havent been able to hack it yet.
