You can go on the playsation website, there is a store in it for PSP. As the PSN is down now, I can't assure you you will be able to download anything from that website. Otherwise there are lots of specialized websites for the PSP.

You already are at the lates firmware (6.38) wich is bad since you can't hack it.

The PSP Go battery is located beneath the back plastic panel of the console. You're going to need a small Phillip's screwdrivers to unscrew the four screws on the back cover and then gently pry it open to reveal the battery. If you're planning on replacing the battery, you have to be careful not to damage the void sticker because Sony made the battery non-replaceable for consumers.

Its still under warranty. Send it to sony and have it repaired.

You could probably download it from the Playstation store which is already provided in the pspgo. It can be found near the to playstation network or game(icon)...

try doing a factory reset and if that doesn't work you need to contact sony customer service in order to use the manufactures warrant to have the gaming device repaired
