Hi there is a back light problem the connectors of back light are loosing so please go to your nearest Sony service center & solve the problem but if you know about led so remove the o cell & clean the connectors but if you are end user please don't open the led because the panel is thin

Have you checked whether the power outlet is ok? Have you tried connecting the TV to another power outlet? If so, there is a defect inside and should be handled only by a qualified service technician.
