Check the power lead if it is fully plugged in, and if it still does the same thing it could be internal

Less than a year old tv.Ur tv still have the manufacture warrenty.Look in ur owner manual,call the tv manufacture 1-800.... numbers on the owner manual.Talk to their customers service department,what locations or what shops they hire to call,to take care their product that still in warrenty.
if you do not have the directions. first manually turn on the set. then i find the code button. it may not say the same thing but it will be similar in words. push code, then push tv, then repeatedly push power until the set goes off then find enter(or something similar). this is an automatic code find technique.
You're better off just replacing the TV because of cost. If it is still under warranty why not contact the dealer you bought it from for an authorized service center location.
