Underneath of quilt the stitches are long with smaller topstitches is my top tension to loose or too tight

YOur top thread is looping, right? Re-thread your top thread, making sure you floss it into the tension system. When you drop the pressed foot it should offer tension to the thread. Right? When you have underside loops it would indicate too much thread, right? So either the tension is too low OR something is jerking on the top thread causing a loop.

Feed won't move fabric

Feed dogs in the up position? Most machines have a switch to lower the feed dogs for free motion or embroidery! If switches in correct position then remove your stitch plate and clean out all fluff built up between the stitch plate and the feed-dogs. If none of these: dealer time.

How do you tighten the bobbin case?

Best down by your local repair guy as you need to measure 11 gms of tension. Remember there are 28gms/oz and a US cent weighs 0.1ozs. But anyway. Here's a quick and dirty test. Take out the bobbin case: should have a screw with green nail polish on it. Insert 4 cents and a full bobbin with standard bobbin thread. Thread the bobbin thread through the bobbin case tension and try and lift it off your palm. Adjust the screw until you can then loosen the screw until you can only lift the bobbincase from flat to standing on edge but not able to be lifted. Now sew.

Not picking up the Bobbin thread

I cleaned the machine good with canned air, oiled it. I took out the bobbin case and cleaned it good also. I then noticed the tension screw on the bobbin case was loose, tightened it and the problem was fixed.

Broken thread warning when thread not broken

That happened to my daughters machine. If when you thread you don give a good taut tug on the first loop it won't thread in the tension discs properly. Also, completely unplug and "reset" your machine ...sometimes its gets worn out too.
