Simmons Outdoor CaptureView VGA Binocular Questions & Answers
I need to know how to install a driver
Did some research - this is a fairly old product since the references I found said it worked with windows 98 (wow! - more than 10 years ago).
If you have the original CD with drivers, you might be able to install on a modern PC (windows 7 or windows 8) by :
1) copying the driver onto your desktop
2) right click your mouse while pointing to the file
3) select properties
4) select compatibility
5) Choose compatibility mode : check "run this program in compatibility mode for"
6) Try out various settings, starting with Windows 98
Best of luck !

Forget about the 675 power. You will never get that much magnification.
Put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the telescope. Take the scope outside duringg the day and practice focusing on a distant object. DO NOT use the 2x barlow if you have one.

You will not find a specific manual for that small telescope. However
Meade maintains a web site with manuals for their telescopes. Find one
similar to yours and download it for free. AND-- forget about doing

Cross hairs do not adjust. Tell me what to do please?
All question need FULL 'make model (what it is)'.
You posted to optics, so let's guess is a telescopic rifle sight?
It is impossible to see and movement as the crosshairs move such a tiny amount. Half a millimetre in the sight is 10 feet at the target. The only way to zero in sights is on a fixed bench rest at the range.
If you really think they are faulty, return them to the maker for repair.
