I have a digital watch .what is the PA feature for? The default number is 60 but can be cycled to 80, 120, 160, 240, 320, down to 10, 20, 30, 40, and back to 60, etc.

If no manual try to Google the full model number for "manual" which if found will have instructions for doing this--used to have a old friend who kept two watches--one for each time change....

Set the time on a Armitron WR330 40/8125 All-Sport
Hi jerryurq51,
Please follow these steps to set the time of your Armitron Digital Sport #40/8125BLK Watch.
1. Press the MODE button once. This will put you in the timer.
2. Press and hold down the MODE button. This will put you in the alarm set display.
3. Press the MODE button once more and it will put you in the time set display.
4. Use the ST/SP button to change the blinking portion of the time. Then use RESET button to move you thru the different parts of the time/date.

I need a watch band
Thanks for posting your Question..Unfortunately, the watch band for armitron 40/8125 sports watch is not available anywhere online. The manufacturers of this Unit did not make it available. I went further searching and couldn't find any.
I would suggest you contact the manufacturer and request for the watch band for armitron 40/8125 sports watch .

You can change the time and day of your Armitron watch by following the steps below.
1. Press the MODE button once. This will put you in the timer.
2. Press and hold down the MODE button. This will put you in the alarm set display.
3. Press the MODE button once more and it will put you in the time set display.
4. Use the ST/SP button to change the blinking portion of the time. Then use RESET button to move you thru the different parts of the time/date.
