Forget about the 675 power. You will never get that much magnification.

Put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the telescope. Take the scope outside duringg the day and practice focusing on a distant object. DO NOT use the 2x barlow if you have one.

The moon should be your first night time target.

They don't sell manuals for small telescopes like yours-- try to find a local Astronomy club and get one of their members to help you.

You will not find a specific manual for that small telescope. However Meade maintains a web site with manuals for their telescopes. Find one similar to yours and download it for free. AND-- forget about doing astro-photography with that telescope. You might get a picture of the moon but not much more.

its just 1-2-3-4- with the port bank being 2-4 starting at the top and the starboard side being 1-3. They're all the same be it V-4 or V-6. 6=123456 60* and 90* are the same

All question need FULL 'make model (what it is)'. You posted to optics, so let's guess is a telescopic rifle sight? It is impossible to see and movement as the crosshairs move such a tiny amount. Half a millimetre in the sight is 10 feet at the target. The only way to zero in sights is on a fixed bench rest at the range. If you really think they are faulty, return them to the maker for repair.
