Fridg on but fridg not cold

It probably has a bad main control board , locate behind the refrig , behind an 8x10" panel . I would remove the board ( with refrig unplugged ) , and look for a " bullseye " . Resolder if possible , if not , replace the control board . From your symptom , sounds like the compressor is not comming on , so the board should fix this .

FREZZER WORKS FRIDGE DOES NOT

Same thing happened with our fridge. We had a repairman out to look at it. He took the back panel off the rear of the freezer. There was a large block of ice in one corner of the freezer. Repairman said this was indicative of a Freon leak. The condensation was freezing around where the leak was which was why the block of ice was in one corner rather than all over. Repairman said he could refill the Freon but cost 200 dollars. He also said there was no real way to tell how quickly the Freon was escaping so the fix could last 2 years or 2 weeks, there was no way to tell. Repair company came highly recommended from yelp as well as Angie's List with many high marks for honesty. Repairman suggested buying a new fridge (not from them) for 300 bucks rather than a 200 dollar fix with no way to tell how long it would last.

Why did the ice maker stopped making ice

You have two sides to the water control valve so look inside your ice maker and see if after the last ice harvest your ice maker refilled with water. If half full or empty try filling the ice maker with tap water up to the top of the the ice maker. If the ice maker dumps the ice after the water freezes then does not refill with water this will point to the WR57X10051 Dual Water Inlet Valve If the ice maker does nothing once filled with tap water will point to the WR30X10093 Ice Maker Assembly and will be better to repace. I will be here should you have more questions, Thanks Sea Breeze

The Freeze door was left

NOTE: This
is a multi-solution answer since I don't have all the tech from your question to pinpoint your problem
But the solution is in here generically, if you read and study the solutions very, very carefully.

Sounds like the cold control has stuck . Unplug the two wires from the cold control and plug them together. Turn one wire over and plug it into the other. away from the cold control.
The cold control is the knob in the ref that turns it on and off and has numbers on it. (Thermostat)
If it runs then that cold control (Thernostat) is the problem.
If that doesn't work DO THIS:
The relay on the compressor may need replaced
A relay starts the compressor with a higher voltage and then quickly kicks out
Thats what is happening with yours
Its best for a tech to replace The relay but you can do it
Take your model number to your Local Appliance parts store they will have a diagram
showing you how to install the relay. Its called a hard start relay
also try hooking the two wires together on the cold control to route around the cold control.

Water dispenser is leaking

Hello,
Usually when the dispenser is leaking after depressing the front to get water this is a sure sign that the water inlet valve located in the rear of the machine needs to be replaced. Click this link http://www.appliancepartspros.com/Appliance-Parts/ge-water-inlet-valve-item-number-ap3192626.aspx this is the part that you would be replaceing and if you need a diagram of the location click this link as well http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/frame_diagram.aspx?diagram_id=21464731&pkw_=basket&model_id=210463&NewWindow=1 part number 800 on the diagram. The freezer is cold like

NOTE: This
is a multi-solution answer since I don't have all the tech from your question to pinpoint your problem
But the solution is in here generically, if you read and study the solutions very, very carefully.
First I would check cold control. Thats where you turn it off, if your temp is not warm. it can
be defective and not shutting off. If your temp is warm proceed with the following.
I would check the fan in the freezer. Listen to see if it is running
It moves air to the ref from the freezer
Then check to see if FREEZER CONTROL is turned WARMER WHICH MAKES THE REF COLDER AND VICE-VERSA. SEE?
The ref. temp should be about 33-35
The Freezer temp should be 0 to 10 Any thing below these temps is overkill and a waste of elect
The higher the number you turn it up to is the coldest
Also this might be a common Defrost problem, Ice
is not being melted by the defrost system. The fan can't blow through the coils into the fridge.
Take out back panel of freezer to check for ice buildup. The coils should be clean.
There are three components to a defrost system- a heater, heater thermostat, and a timer unless you have a defrost electronic card.
Its best handled by a Technician but you could possibly do it by taking your model number to the nearest appliance parts store and asking for the parts. They are mostly located in freezer ,behind back panel on freezer coils.except the card which is usually located in ref The parts store will have info
Also check fan undernearh Ref in the rear
Clean condenser coils underneath
Make sure back cover is on the fridge. Some take them off and throw them away.
make one out of cardboard if its gone, using the holes of the old one.

NOTE: This

But the solution is in here generically, if you read and study the solutions very, very carefully.
Check Temp inside freezer. It has to be down to about 10 or 15 degrees
This can cause slow ice making if its too high even tho its freezing everything else at 25 degrees
The ref. temp should be about 33-35
The Freezer temp should be 0 to 10 Any thing below these temps is overkill and a waste of elect
The higher the number you turn it up to is the coldest
The icemaker is 110v
See if water is in icemaker.
Pour water in Ice Maker and wait to see if it ejects.
If it ejects thenyou need to replace water valve in rear bottom of fridge(Its the part that
attaches to water line out of wall)
If it doesn't eject then it is a faulty Ice Maker.
If its leaking or no water at icemaker or door either one, then the valve at the rear bottom of ref needs replacing
First I would check the fan in the freezer. Listen to see if it is running
It moves air to the ref from the freezer
Then check to see if freezer control is turned WARMER, which makes the Ref. colder
Also if it is getting drinking water to the door but not to the icemaker (or vice versa) Then you need to replace
the water valve at the bottom rear of the fridge. It is a double valve and one side is not working
Also this might be a common Defrost problem, Ice
is not being melted by the defrost system. The fan can't blow through the coils into the fridge.

Water is dripping from bottom of freezer door,

The drain in the freezer behind back lower panel
needs opening. You can see it at the bottom of the back panel
underneath the evaporator coils. (The cold coils)
Run Hot water in the drain until it clears or use a hairdryer.
When the defrost melts the water it goes down the drain
If the drain is clogged with Ice or ? it overflows into the ref.
Run Hot water in the drain until it clears or use a hairdryer.
Also check fan undernearh Ref in the rear
Clean condenser coils underneath

The freezer and fridge do

Hi

Check the back wall or floor of the freezer section for frost. Check the freezer ( evaporator) fan to see if it is running. Check the condenser coils under the unit for blockage from dust. Check the condenser fan (under the unit) to see if it is running. If you have frost in the freezer there is a problem with the defrost system and the freezer will start to warm eventually as well as the fresh food section. If that is the problem you can check the defrost terminator, defrost heater/s, and the defrost timer or adaptive defrost control If used on your unit or the main control board if so equipped. These things usually require dismantling the freezer and other areas of the refrigerator to be checked.

There can be many factors for the no cooling factor: the condenser coils could be blocked with dust, the condenser fan could be bad or stuck, the freezer fan could be stuck or bed, the freezer coils could be blocked with frost because the self-defrost system is not working or the compressor is not running because of a bad relay etc.

Please check this link to get a detailed idea about your issue:-

NEITHER THE FRIDGE NOR FREEZER

Hello to assure that the compressor is running pull the unit out away from the wall. Remove the rear panel down the bottom of the machine. Use your palm against the black bulb aka compressor you should feel a vibration of the compressor if the compressor is running. Make sure that you put the relay with the overload together outside the unit and then slide each wire where it is supposed to be attached. Message me back if you have any further questions. I await your reply Thanks Rick
p.s you would only replace the overload and relay if you found useing a multimeter that these parts were shorted or if when you removed them you either seen black singe marks on the relay and overload, heard a consistent clicking sound, or shook the parts after you removed them and heard a rattling like everything on the inside of the relay were apart. I await your reply
