Deli drawer is stuck. Off-track. How to fix without breaking?

The Drawer might be frozen in the unit Take out your food from the freezer and let it defrost for an hour or two then you might be able to get the drawer back on track with just a little tug.

Dairy products are seperating

Time & temperature. Even if kept at the proper temperature, dairy products will separate in time. Bacteria will also do it. If you drink from the bottle, the enzymes in your saliva will infest and break down the whole container. It's being digested in the container, like feeding baby food from the jar. The food in the jar becomes watery, because it's being digested.

Fridge and freezer are both set at 9 and neither is cold enough. my food in fridge is spoiling

Here Is a check list to go by that will help you isolate the problem.1) Is there frost or ice covering the real freezer wall? If yes, then you have a defrost problem unless the fan isn't running .If no go to next step. 2) Is the fan running in the freezer?3) If there is a fan behind the machine is it running . If you have as metal grate running up the back of the machine skip this.4) Is the compressor running ? If yes then you have a sealed system issue, a freon leak. If no either the compressor or its start device is bad or the temperature control thermostat is bad, or some cases the timer is stuck in defrost5) Check the cold control thermostat in the refrigerator, turn it left to rightm and believe it or not, bang on it a little. If the cointacts inside it are broken the banging could cause it to turn on6) Locate the timer and see if its advancing If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/jason_4570d45317834dd3

My refrigerator is not cooling properly but the

The most likely problem is your=> WR09X10103 Defrost Timer and that is located inside and behind the fresh food compartments control panel here=> GTS22KBP The second likely problem will be found inside the freezer and behind the rear wall where you say see the frost building and the part will be the=> WR51X10038 Defrost Heater Assembly

sea_breeze_181.jpg

Part location 618 in this photo here=> HERE and it is always a good idea to change the defrost thermostat=> WR50X10015 Defrost Thermostat Both of these parts have detailed instructions included on testing while at the links listed. The defrost timer can be slowly turned clockwise until the compressor and fans stops. Allow up to 30 minutes for the freezer to defrost and many can be heard beginning about one minute after stopping compressor and fans by opening the freezer door and listening for the sounds of crackling or sizzling and take care that if there is a lot of un melted ice be repaired to clean it/water melted that may run over onto your homes flooring. Should you have further questions please let me know, Thanks, Sea Breeze

Build up of frost in

Hi,
Frost accumulating on the freezer is an indication of a defrost failure. It likely has one of three failures.
1 Bad defrost heater.
2 Bad defrost termination switch.
3 Failed defrost timer
In order to confirm, which has gone wrong manually advance this refrigerator into a defrost cycle. This is done by doing the following in order:
1. Disconnect power to the unit for at least 30 seconds
2. Turn the thermostat to off position (leave it off)
3. Reconnect power
In a few minutes, if you can hear a hissing noise in the freezer or see a red glow from the heater, it
indicates the timer is not advancing and will need to be replaced.
If nothing happens when the defrost timer is manually advanced, some voltage and resistance checks will need to be made. I recommend having a technician make these checks.

Hope this helps.

GE PROFILE MOD. TNX22PRCBRWW....SER# MA

There should be a bottom plate on the freezer, youhave to remove it and then you have to remove the evaporator cover. There should be two coils (the evaporator) below the evaporator there should be a drainpan with a hole in it.tocheck it poor a little water in the pan to see if it drains if it doesn't you can use a small round hose or tube and push it through the drain hole.

FREEZER GETS COLD BUT BOTTOM DOES NOT

When the freezer section gets cold and reaches its required cooling temperature, after that the frost on freezer section starts defrosting and the cooling fan in the freezer section blows this cool air from freezer to fridge. But if the defrost cycle does not start then over ice will get collected on freezer ventilations and that will block the air passing section from freezer to fridge, so the freezer gets cool but fridge section does not cool.

---------------

Its defrost problem. Try manual defrost by unplugging the refrigerator from main power outlet for 24 hours then reconnect it and check, if the same problem is noticed again,. If yes then its defrost board problem. The defrost board located in the back of fridge section. You can get required parts from www.repairclinic.com or from online sears part site. ------------- Thank you.

Refrigerator does not freeze enough

Lets have a look at rear wall of freezer, is there frost building up? Usually in top freezers the cold air settles to bottom and you don't notice fresh food section until about a day. If frost is building open fresh food sections door and in control panel=> CLICK HERE see item 257 in photo? That is WR9X565 or 311082 Defrost Timer Just below that is the control panel cover and you should have a small plastic plug covering a hole just below the defrost timer. Pry plastic plug out and using a flathead screwdriver turn the defrost timer clockwise slowly. Once you hear the compressor and fans stop stop turning timer and about a minute later you should hear some crackling noise coming from freezer. Allow to stay like that for up to 30 minutes and timer should come out of defrost and compressor and fans should start again on their own. If this action caused defrost then replace the defrost timer. If that does not seem to cause defrost the we need to go to step two, unplug and place items in a cooler or alternate refrigerator and use a hair dryer to assist in melting the ice behind rear panel. Remove rear panel in back of freezer and see => Freezer Components item's 621 and WR51X10038 or 880036 Defrost Heater Assembly
You will need to remove rear panel and work with refrigerator unplugged from power. On this=> Page watch how to test your defrost element just beside a photo of the timer. Most times I replace the defrost thermostat while inside freezer wall but I will let you try this first and please respond and rate, Thanks, Sea Breeze

Where is the evaporator coil?

Good day,
The evaporator coil (cooling coil) is located behind the rear panel in the freezer compartment. The panel is held on with screws, but if you have an ice maker, it will have to be removed first.
3 screws (some models use clips) and the wire harness.
