The problem you describe on your
JVM1650SH02 is a failing "noisy" magnetron which is emitting electrical interference that disrupts your microprocessor.
At my Web site, I have a video available showing how to remove a typical over the range grille and control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.
You will find a technical sheet hidden behind the grille or behind the controls. It's handy for locating parts and troubleshooting.
You can find an exploded view and parts list by entering your full model number from the tag
here, and you can also order parts there.
On your model, you may need to remove the oven from the wall. The
installation instructions here will be helpful.
Pro tip: In many GE models, dropping the floor plate that holds the high voltage transformer is necessary to get the magnetron in and out.

Please include FULL model number*, FCC ID number*, + detailed symptom information. ( * on the tag in cooking cavity or around door frame or control frame or on back)
