My guess is you hit pin several times while it didn't look like it was working and that's why it pinned more times. Every time you hit pin/entered it, it was actually working on their end. Sometimes patience goes a long way. I don't know if you ever experienced this but sometimes you might try to open a window and it just won't work, or so we think, but after it finally works, you get 5 windows popping up-only because each time it registered but we didn't think it did because it took forever.
