i suggest to check the pump

the seal might look ok but don't forget the seal could crack on the bottom, any time the washing machine stops and the water settle there's more water at the bottom half so the bottom of the seal takes more abuse. so I would replace the sealer and if you can buy a little thicker one.

The drain pump is either blocked or failed. Have you cleaned the drain filter?

The water valve has most likely failed and it will need to be replaced.

If you don't have the DIY skills to fix what is probably the drum bearings or water pump gone then an appliance engineer is your next bet. Is there excessive movement in the drum itself? Does it turn smoothly? Switch off at the wall, remove the access panel and see if the drive belts are OK. The grinding noise could be a coin trapped between the drum and the drum casing. None of this is an easy fix. Keep in mind the age and usage if you get an estimate, maybe cheaper to buy new?

the humming sound is the coil for the solenoid that activates the water valve have an technician replace it or if you are not using hot water ,change the hoses at the taps and use a hot water setting
