How do i get the tv to full screen
Check the picture aspect ratio. If it is different to that of normal, this kind of fault can occur. Do a factory reset to this set. It will bring all the settings to its factory mode settings.

I've seen this before when using an HDMI connection to a PS3. You need to hook the PS3 up with Red, White, Yellow cables and then access the PS3's display options. You need to match the resolution sizes for both devices. There should only be a few options in this menu so do some trial and error to find the one that looks best :)
