Sounds like The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

You have a bad Capacitor. Look for a bulge on this cap. Location is 2074 and it is a 25volt 2200MF cap gone bad! And there may be another very close by that may also need replaced...you will see it ,and is bulged or skinned

Although a capacitor may look good, it may be weak or bad. Here is what you will have to do. Replace capacitor (location) 2074 which is a 25 volt 2200Mf at 105 degrees. Replace capacitor (location) 2081 which is a 35 volt 1200 Mf at 105 degrees. And you should change capacitor 2066 which is a 16 volt 10Mf at 105 degrees. Please be careful with the last cap mentioned. You can easily tear the PCB trace if you are not extremely careful. This should bring your TV back to life. TV turns on in the middle of the night
- If the TV has a timer option, ensure it is disabled.
- Check the remote control to see if any of the buttons are stuck that may be interfering with the TV.
- Unplug the power cord of the TV from the AC wall outlet for 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the AC outlet.
- Attempt to turn on the TV.
- Remove all remote controls from the room where the TV is located.

unplug all HDMI sources to see if a device is sending signals in the middle of the night

Hello, that set has a pair of inverter boards (back light boards) that usually are the cause, you may want to look for bad connections on the transformers and check the little white fuses to be sure their good. But these sets are getting old enough that I've seen the florescent tubes in the display go bad and cause the set to go into shutdown. If you want to try the bak light boards, I found these on E-bay for $20......thanks
Have a humming noise in both of the speakers
Something's crossed, keep power lines and sound lines seporated double check wires in and out u could have bad sound wires and if so of home just buy new for a car get the RCA lines with a built in ground.
