This is the fix for the Main board repair :
Locate IC 32 small 8 pin surface mount near top of Main Board and remove. Short pin 2 to pin 5. (pin 5 through 8 are together and pin 2 and 4 are together)
You will need a good TV Tech to do this for you.

If I'm understanding you correctly this is a two-day old television? If that's the case it should be under warranty, return it to the vendor.

I will check out the back lights inverter board first if there is any defective electrolytic capacitors or not, if not, the problem is the main board.

Sounds like it might be a solder joint. use the meter and check the ohms on each side of the solder joints on the board where the serial cables connect to the boards. it would be a good idea to check as many joints as you have time to. If it is a LED TV check Led control board for bad joints. if it uses Flourocarbon tubes check the transisters on each lighting control board. you may only have one board working causing partial back lighting.

If audio is OK, the fault should be with its backplight inverter baord. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. does the VIDEO FLICKER and the screen stay lit? Then it's the Video board, but if it Blacks out it's the Inverter if it's an LCD and the Ysus if it's a Plasma...

You still have to send it to Vizio to get it fixed

Unfortunately, what you're describing is a repair issue. You won't be able to address the problem with troubleshooting. There is a part inside the TV that needs to be replaced. If you're under warranty, this will cost you nothing. If you're not under warranty the cost will likely be a minimum of $200 parts and labor. However, be warned that the cost could be considerably higher.
