After a full night charge with the joystick on, drive it around. If the battery drops off drastically the battery maybe bad. But the same maybe said of the charger, I recommend taking the charger to your local battery shop an have them test it for you. There should be a manufacturers sticker on the scooter somewhere(probably around the battery, under the seat, or around the steering neck) which will have a contact number for who ever made it. Call them and they will tell you who distributors are and who carries the the charger.
