Inverter KEB COMBIVERT F5 - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
What does OL2 fault in KEB drive indicate?
Too much current is being required with the motor shaft not rotating. This is most likely a parameter adjustment issue with the motor data, torque limits and protective functions.
Possible motor issue as well.

What is no_PO error
no_PU = No power unit. 24Vdc is being supplied to the control card with no AC voltage (230 or 400) being supplied to L1/L2/L3.
Verify AC voltage is present at L1/L2/L3.
*If not present, apply voltage and no_PU should clear.
*If present and unit still no_PU, there is a problem with the power stage. At that point unit should be replaced or repaired.

How to save the parameters in KEB F5
Here is how to use the keypad. If a decimal shows up after the value is changed, enter must be pressed to save the value.
Also insure that the inverter is not enabled or in nOP status.

General fault 142error
This does not appear to be a KEB error code. If this code is on on your HMI, contact the machine manufacture to determine what this error means.

Always showing alarm EOC,EOP
The system that you described is a closed-loop system. The inverter tells the motor what to do and the encoder send information back to the inverter to verify the operations.
With out knowing part# and serial number of the unit in question, I do not know exactly which inverter you are having problems with.
With E.OC error, there is a lot of current demand on the inverter. This could mean a short in the motor, motor leads, connections or inside of the inverter. This could also be caused by the encoder feedback loop being defective. If the inverter tells the motor to run at 1000rpm and the feedback tells the inverter it is only running at 5rpm, the inverter will send out more current to get the motor up to speed.
Since you are getting multiple errors, there could be other internal problems with the inverter especially if the unit is old and contaminated internally.

The inverter not work and all signals good
Verify the mains voltage at terminals L1/L2/L3. If it is present but the inverter does not power up, there is most likely an internal problem.
What is the part# of the unit in question?

We got EUPH warning. the motor running in wild mode. how to fix
E.uPh due to the ripple detection of the DC bus. This is typically caused by a missing phase on the input side of the inverter.
Measure your mains voltage L1-L2, L2-L3, L1-L3 and L1-ground, L2-ground, L3-ground to verify that your supply voltage is balanced and withing the rated specifications.
If the applied voltage is good then there is a problem with the input stage or the DC bus and the unit will need to be repaired or replaced.

I fit a new keb f5 inverter which parameter set to
Pretty general question. If it is a replacement inverter, best source would be to upload parameter values from original inverter with the COMBIVIS software.
Otherwise I would suggest downloading the manual from the KEB web site.

Inverter KEB COMBIVERT F5 parameter
The manual that came with the inverter has instructions on how to go from mode to mode.
If you do not have the manual, these can be downloaded from the KEB web site.

Ow do i fix error 59
If you are talking about error code 59 then the error is E.HybC.
E.HybC means that the feedback card on the inverter has been changed.
You must confirm the change at parameter ec.0 or ec.10. The inverter reads the value from the feedback card so all you have to do it hit enter to confirm the value.
If you have not changed the feedback card but the error continues to come back then there is a problem with the feedback card or the control card.
