If using bus communications (Can, ProFi, Mod, ext), there may be a communications command (Software signal) that is not being provided. Hardware and software enable signal required to obtain LS. Possible that the terminal on the control card is bad due to miss connection or signals outside of the rated value.

The E.pu error is a general power stage failure. Typically means that the unit has a defective power stage that would need to be replaced. If it is an old inverter(early 2000's) there is a possibility that it could be a cooling fan problem since at that time there was a three wire fan used. May be able to replace the fan (must obtain from KEB) but there may still be problems with power stage. If it is from early 2000's then you might be better off replacing the unit with new current version.

There is a problem with the channel 1 feedback loop. Possible causes: Loose connection at encoder or feedback card. Defective feedback cable. Defective encoder. Defective feedback card. Defective control card. Defective inverter.

You just have to desolder the old one and solder in a new one. Be aware that the board is conformal coated so this acts like a glue. Denatured alcohol helps to loosen the conformal coating around the relay.

There is no service manual available for the KEB Combivert inverters.

What shall I do to communicate with a Combivert F5. I have tryed with different cables without success.

Try putting the system into manual mode and re-homing if there is a home sequence on the system.

The KEB inverter does not have a "COM" error. Where is this error being displayed? Check your inverter baud rate, inverter address, communications cables and device that is being used to communicate.

This should be able to be obtained from your local KEB representitive.
