Because no one here is obliged to answer your question . Respondents choose which questions to answer and because you are a female you don't get special treatment but you seem to think you should.
So go to a feminist site where you will find the totally clueless and incompetent and ask them.
Cup not filling up
There are 3 needles on the underside of the lid and one on the bottom of the kcup holder. Using a thin "uncoated" paper clip, straighten the clip and insert it into the hollow needles and then run a 4oz cup of hot water (NO Kcup}. Repeat until NO more grounds are dispensed. Dave

Solution:
Completely remove the Water Reservoir and
thoroughly clean (refer to page 14). Ensure
the Water Reservoir is fully filled with water. Return it
to the Brewer and ensure it is seated properly
(refer to page 6).

Why kuerig vue will not brew complete cup
Sometimes Air gets trapped in the system.Unplug Maker, Remove Water Reservoir, Tip unit at about 45 degrees over the sink to partially drain. Place back on Counter, refill reservoir and replace on Maker. Plug it in and turn it on. make a couple of large cups of hot water then give it a try with coffee

Exit tube is the PIN like projection that pierces the top of the Kcup. Cleaning is easy, use a standard paperclip with one end straightened out and stick it as far up the tube as you can to break away and debris that clogged the exit tube. The filter is the small package sitting inside the water reservoir (tank) and it comes out by pulling it upward toward you. This needs to be changed approximately every 3 months, unless you use filtered water and/or distilled water. (which you should do to avoid plugged tubes). If satisfied rate this reply, please.
