step up your regulator about an 1/8 of a turn

Sounds like it needs to be oiled. A couple of drops in the small hole where your bottle screws on.
Replace bottle and dry fire to see if you got it. Cleaning is just as important. Internals need to be cleaned
and lubed often. I know it's late but hope it helps someone.

If it's still leaking it cold be bad "O" rings on the bolt.
Check all your "O" rings

First off, make sure it's clean, and lubed with a quality oil made for paintball.

If you're sure the o-rings are good (as in relatively new) it's pretty hard to tell just from looking as it doesn't take a lot of damage to leak air.

Try a different tank, just to be sure. Make sure it's full.

If it's had some use it's possible to have a bad/weak spring and the valve isn't closing entirely. Make sure your velocity is less then 300fps.

Check out your local airsmith or field and they should be able to get you squared away if none of that helps.

My first suggestion is to make sure your marker is clean, and properly lubed with a quality oil made for paintball.

Next would be to make sure you're checking with a full tank of air.

If lubing the marker doesn't fix you up, does it quit if you **** the marker? Not a condition you wanna walk around the staging area with, but it may stop the leak.

It can be an o-ring, and if it's been a while since you had any o-rings changed, it may be high time to get a set and change 'em all out, then you know they're all good to go!

Does this only happen when you're low on air? Also, make sure you're using a good paintball oil for lubrication and make sure the marker is clean. It's possible for an o-ring to leak, or once it gets cold to leak, so make sure you use the proper o-ring for the proper location (lots of them look alike so keep them labeled and bagged separately).

Yes it will shoot. When the tank is screwed in, the neck and valve seal.

Sounds like the valve is stuck.. time to have someone that knows about them to disassemble it and clean it!!

Lay it on the ground, gently pull the hoop and turn the screw.

Go to an auto parts store and buy a fiberglass kit. Resin, hardener and cloth. Clean and rough the area. apply a coating of mixed resin, then a layer of cloth. Let it dry and repeat a couple of times. After you are satisfied with that get a gallon of Elastomeric, you will find it at Lowes/Home depot. Clean the entire top and apply 2 coats with a brush or roller about 24 hours apart. No rain or moisture for a couple of days. Project complete, water proof roof.
