Where can i get a replacement motor for a toro model 51599 blower
Toro motors are not available a reasonable price. If you're Toro electric blower is slowing down, throwing sparks, overheating or not starting you may still be able to use your motor by replacing the carbon brushes and or cleaning the commutator. Hope this helps.
Problem is my hardly used Toro Blower Vac is
If it has not run for awhile, check the brushes. they might need to be replaced. The plug is usually moulded right on power cord. That might have to be replaced because if there is a problem with a broken or disconnected wire right at plug there is no way to see it. Hope this helps.

My toro ultra 51599 stopped
It is very common for the bottom cover to not push in the safety button and render the machine "dead" a simple fix. you can get a new cover through a shop like www.arcolawn.com

I have a Toro 51598 electric leaf blower. Last
These machines are considered "disposable" items and most service centers won't even repair them, saying that it is not "cost effective." I have never come across a parts list for one other than maybe the plastic housing on them (they may exist), but costwise you may be better off getting another tool unless the Toro is still under warranty.

Can't figure out how to make is vacumn instead of
You open up the bottom fan area (the air intake) where it is sucking air in to use as a blower. You remove the long blower tube and insert your vaccum collection bag on the machine's outlet port. You then install your vacuum tube on the bottom where the fan is: (inlet port). Now as it sucks in air (and leaves) and blows it out (into the bag instead of the air); you have a vaccum, not a blower. Here is your instruction manual:
