bosch washer door won't open after wash is done
The door is probably locked, because the water is still draining. If this is not the answer, the the suction between the dor and the opening is too strong and you must get it weakened by a professional. There is one more solution, and that is to unplug the machine, reset it, and then try opening the door.

We purchased a stackable Bosch Axxis washer and dryer and the installers did not leave an instruction manual for the washer.
Where does one load the detergent?
When I open the drawer at the top left of the washer, there are 3 slots approximatley denoted as "II", "*", and "I". What is each slot for?
Thanks,
Tom
soap goes in far left
softner middle
liquid all fabric bleach or powder bleach in far right

My machine won't drain and suspect hairpins and other debris. You need to unscrew the cover at lower right to clear out debris and let the water drain. However it has become stuck. An appliance store suggest you need to turn as far as it will go and then pull.Doesn't make sense as it is a screw mount. It did not seem to work.Any ideas to make it budge and turn.
You do screw it to the left to undo it as much as you can, if it is stuck, then just keep gently pulling and trying to move it from side to side, screw it back in and out again, all the time moving it about as much as you can, hopefully you will eventually get it out to clean.
The fact that you are having trouble getting the filter out indicates that something is stuck in the pump filter, and this is what is holding it.
Just stick with it!!!
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks, and a merry xmas.

What are the three receptacles found in the drawer on the left side of the washing machine?
My book says for the Axxis WFL 2050/WFL 2060 : from the left while looking at it from the front: detergent for wash, stain remover, middle: fabric softener, fabric conditioner, right one: detergent for soaking agent. (Do not use chlorice bleach in this wasking machine).

Our 3.5-year-old Bosch Axxis washer won't drain or spin. The wash cycle (regular cotton, cold or warm) proceeds as far as rinse/spin then stops cold, and the finish light flashes. Have tried re-setting the selector to Off for 2 minutes then setting it to spin, but get only an electronic buzz when I push the Start button. Attempts to start the whole cycle from the beginning repeat the problem: stops at rinse/drain/spin. Machine was moved recently so the room could be painted but was handled carefully.
check filter. check no foreign objects fouling pump impellor - bra wires are the favourite

My Bosch Axxis WFL pump drain blocked. I had a service man try to work on the machine. He was so frustrated that he and all service men in Hays KS refuse to work on Bosch washing machines. Bosch will not send me a service manual. How can I get a service manual so that I can make the repair myself?
Hi there, i have prepared two links. The first one is the original manual you requested and the second link refers to the quick reference guide.

Hi
Please help if you can. My 5 year old washing machine lets water in, does not go through wash cycle, does not drain and does not spin.
The last time we had this problem a technician replaced the brushes.
How do I gain access to the brushes that possibly need to be replaced?
If I could get hold of a workshop/service manual for this washing machine I would grateful.
Also..any idea how long these brushes should last? The machine is used for 2 loads a day..7 days a week.
Many thanks
brushes usually available on ebay,
if the drum rotates but does not spin, this could likely be brushes or component problem (i.e triac or relay) on control PCB. - the latter was the problem i had and this was easily spotted as a blackened track on the Relay on the pcb.
Brushes should be ~£5. - check the existing brushes first before buying them.
fitting is easy, BUT a word of warning..which you probably know anyway..
before meddling though in the machine, locate the large capacitor and with electical screwdriver and discharge all the terminals to earth first! - YOU MUST DO THIS TO AVOID ELECTRIC SHOCK!! - even if the machine is unplugged.
remove motor & undo the back plate to release old brushes.
clean of motor of any excess carbon dust, - this can eventually cause arching if not cleaned away.
reassemble and fit all plugs back.
THEN TAKE 5 MINUTES TO CHECK WHAT YOU HAVE DONE BEFORE SWITCHING ON. -
Do not rush anything - take your time.

This washing machine leaks a good amount of water underneath the unit, on the opposite side of where the pump cap is. Research shows it could be the cold water inlet valve that needs to be replaced. What do you think?
take top off at back and check valve ,it should be at the top . Also check front rubber boot for rips, this is a big problem in all brands.

I succeeded in activating the child lock feature on my bosch axxis washer, only to find that I can't turn the damn feature off (b/c the feature keeps one from pressing any buttons effectively or FROM EVEN OPENING THE WASHER when my load is done). Please help
Try: Press and hold 'dry' & 'spin', shd unlock OR
Try holding the "end of cycle" button down for 5 or 6 seconds. You must hv done it accidently, it is the child lock device. Pl. rate if helped.
