There are 4 screws in the door that hold a plastic hinge cover on
.The door will then set into the hinge just fine (PLENTY OF ROOM) and then you put the hinge cover back on and screw the screws in to hold the door onto the hinge.You will likely need a 2nd set of hands to keep from breaking the door.
Sounds like a bad shutoff solenoid. It operates the valve to let water in and then shut it off. There should be a valve behind the machine where the hose connects to the wall so you don't have to isolate hot water to the entire house.

hi .it might be likely that the coin is stuck in the pump .to access this you need to open the panel at the front and open it panel.see pic.please note that some water will come out when you open it.put a big towel in front.of it..

E1 - The door is not closed and cannot therefore lock.
E2 - Washer will not fill with water.
E3 - Washing machine not heating.
E4 - Washing machine won't empty.
E5 - Fault in the motor drive circuit.
E6 - Unexpected heating.
E7 - NTC thermistor open or short circuit.

If both of the water supply valves are open, you cleaned the hose internal strainers, and there are no kinks in the hoses, part "Water Inlet Flow Meter P/N 00602819" is failing. This device measures exactly how much water enters the tub, no matter what the water pressure. Not hard to DIY replace with simple tools.
There is a lock release under the access panel at the bottom front of the washer. It is located next to the drain. I believe it is a ring or circular grab handle. The access panel just pops off.
