What does E-13 mean?

Low water pressure. If this is the error message your washing machine is sending, it may be caused by inadequate water flow. There might be something trapped in the water hose such as sediments or lime deposits. If you are using tap water, this is a common problem.Remove any sediments or dirt obstructing the flow of water in the hose. Pull the sensor that is located n the inlet valve and check inside to see if anything is trapped.

Bosch Axxis washing machine: clothes

Due to mainly running low temp washes and bacteria building up in the hoses etc. (more prevalent if the machine is connected directly to the sink and not on a stand pipe) many machines will begin to smell, generally the smell is described as a damp flannel!. This can be transferred to the wash load if like myself you tend to put a load on before going to work and then removing when you get home. (The washing is clean but smells disgusting!!!)Run a 90 degree cycle every 4 weeks with the machine empty except for two capfuls of baby sterilisng fluid (approx half a mug) If you buy stores own as it is cheaper than miltons. The first time you need to do this, run the cycle twice to be sure it was cleared out. My machine is six years old and the first smelly signs were when it was about a year old, I do mainly 30 and 40 degree washes with and occasional 60.I run the maintenance wash religiously ever 4 weeks and run a machine descaler such as oust thru every 4-6 months. Hope this helps. Roni. (ps don't be tempted to use bleach as it foams up and can cause more problems!!)

How to use the controls I'm not familiar to it

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

Methinks you could do with a manual- for now and later!
Now- unfortunately FixYa cannot provide manuals direct - members of the forum are just people from all over the world, probably working from home, and not representing any particular manufacturer ;-0)

Manual
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

24460 washer just installed but

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
(Although you say that the washer is 'just installed', you do not say whether it is new or not)

If you have checked that the hot and cold water taps are turned on fully and the hoses are not kinked or squashed at the back, it is worth while checking both the hot and cold water inlet filters. Turn the taps off and remove both hoses at the washer end. Inside each inlet port there is normally a little filter which should just slide out. Clean if necessary and replace each one and the hoses. If after turning the taps back on there is no improvement, the problem is symptomatic of a malfunctioning hot or cold water control valve.
If the washer is new contact the vendor!!! I assume it is still under some sort of guarantee/warantee? You can nulify any guarantee if you attempt to fix problem before contacting vendor.
If it is not new you will need a service call, sorry ;-0(

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck,

Where does the detergent go

You put the detergent in the front drawer top left of the machine...Left slot gets detergent for wash/stain remover..Center slot gets fabric softener (don't fill above the lower edge of the right slot)...Right slot gets detergent for soaking agent....Here is the best manual I could find. It just has a different panel on the front...http://www.fixya.com/support/p117096-bosch_axxis_wfl_2060_front_load_washer/manual-425

Hi I keep getting an error message "F27" on my

F27 OVERFLOW CONDITION
If the overflow contact on the pressure switch is closed for more than 60 seconds, an Overflow Condition occurs. In an
overflow condition, the door remains locked and the drain pump runs constantly, even if PAUSE/CANCEL is pressed twice and the display is cleared. Turn off hot and cold water faucets and unplug the unit before servicing.
1. Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
2. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
3. Check wire harness connections to the drain pump, pressure switch, water inlet value, and Central Control Unit (CCU).
4. Check/clean drain pump filter of foreign objects.
5. Check for drain pump failure.
6. Check the inlet valve for proper shut off.
7. Check the pressure switch for proper operation.

My washing machine keeps moving

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
(such a common problem I've pre-typed all of this!)

It is necessary to ensure absolutely that the machine has all 4 feet very firmly on the floor, and I mean firmly ;-0)
Doesn't matter whether it is empty or not but switch it off then-
very firmly push one front corner diagonally into the centre of the machine and see if the machine moves or rocks AT ALL, even the slightest. If it does you will need the open-ended spanner which came with the (new) machine........which of course went missing a long time ago?!! An adjustable spanner will suffice.
Adjust the foot under that corner downwards until it is very firmly- almost pushing- against the floor but not so far that the corner lifts up!
If this corner did not rock do the same to the other.
Once you cannot rock the machine the slightest little bit, screw the locking nuts up tight to the underside of the machine so that they will not move. Ideally the rear feet should also be locked.

(If this has not cured the problem it is possible that the internal suspension is malfunctioning.)

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome. These washers come with a door lock assembly. The sensor sends a message to the control board. If they are closed hard, they sometimes fail to read. You usually see an E27 code, but not always. To reset, uplug the washer for about 30 minutes and then try again. It may need replaced, the door lock sensor. If not, you may have an issue with the door lock not sending a signal to the control board. In this case, it will need looked at to determine the cause. It could be caused by a bad contact or wire.

Bosch WFF 2001 has finished a wash cycle but the

Do the following.

  1. Switch off the machine, unplug or disconnect the mains power to the machine and turn off the water supply to the machine.
  2. Remove the access panel on the lower right front of the machine.
3. Remove the filter and make sure that the filter is not blocked and is clean and clear of all debris. Clean as required. Note that depending on the machine type you may get a lot of water coming out of the filter when you remove it if the machine has not drained successfully. Note that if the machine has stopped and not fully drained then you may be able to drain out the excess water by removing or disconnecting the waste hose and laying it on the ground in a tray. It may take a few minutes to empty but it will save a small flood.
4. Proceed by checking the drain hose for proper connection and kinks and make sure that it is not blocked.
5. Also check that the main waste drain pipe, if you use one, is not blocked and clean if required.
6. Reconnect the power and switch the machine on.
If the problem persists then do the following.
7. Switch off the machine and disconnect the mains power.
8. Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure it is operational.
9. Remove the connecting hoses, and expect water to drain out and make sure the pipes are not blocked with debris or any object blockage.
10. Makes sure the pump appears clear and that the impeller looks in good condition.
11. Reconnect the hoses and then reconnect power and switch the machine on.
12. If problem has not been corrected, then remove the pump and check that the drive coupling to the motor is OK and that the motor turns OK. If all is well then replace the pump.

Hello & Welcome to FixYa

If you have cleaned it completely and nothing is blocking the drain pump assembly then it means that the drain pump is bad and needs replacement. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

The softerner depenser fills up

Hi

The question is not clear, if you mean that the water keeps on filling then the issue is either with the water inlet valve that is bad or the pressure switch/water level switch is bad and should be replaced. Please elaborate and post back for further assistance.
