My Bosch Axxis 2060 spins

Hi

Remove the laundry from the machine and empty out the water. The water can be drained by simply advancing the program indicator to 'empty'. With the machine empty, start the washing program. Listen for the electric motor that drives it to see if it is spinning too fast. If the motor is running too fast there is the likelihood that a drive belt has snapped or the agitator has come loose in its mountings. Please get back to us if you have further query else please accept the suggestion.

How do you load detergent into the Bosch axxiss

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

I'm assuming you are not quite clear as to which tray is which-

A quick way to find out is to pull the detergent drawer out just so that you can see into it. Start a pre-wash and see where the water runs in, then advance to the main wash and observe. Finally start a rinse cycle and where the water goes in is where the conditioner/softener goes.
In a few cases I have come across the pre-wash tray shares with the conditioner/softener part but the pre-wash powder goes in the front and the softener in the back.

I think you also require an operating manual-
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number!

Cheers,
John C

Bosch Axxis WFL 2060 won't

Have you checked for any blockages, in the drain pipe? If that doesn't help you might have a bad pump, here's the part:

The machine keeps filling up at the end of a cycle

If the water keeps filling, your water level sensor is probably bad. If it keeps filling at each cycle, your washer may be out of time.

I would suggest searching on the web for 'local' parts suppliers and/or the Bosch site is/are your only option(s). Sorry. I doubt whether anyone else on this forum would say anything different ;-0(

Good luck,

To whom it may concern hello I

Yes, you can use bleach -- about 1/2 cup oer load -- or more if specified in owner's manual.

The machine could handle easily one full laundry basket -- see below.

  • Capacity of typical Laundry Basket = 6 kg (dry weight)

Calculation: [(36 cm x 51 cm x 26 cm) / 28317 cubic cm] x 3.5 kg = 5.9 kg

When I choose a temperature

Does it also sound like the board is clicking? Your drain pump is bad. The control board is sending power to the drain pump, but the power is not being returned back to the control board to complete the circuit. I actually just diagnose this same exact machine about a week ago. lets just say it took me a while to figure it out.
Remove the cover at the bottom right of the dryer covering drain pump access area. Remove the hex head screw, and slide the bottom panel to the right and remove panel. Disconnect the power going to the drain pump. Turn the washing machine on, Should do the same thing you described above. Using a multimeter, check the power in the plug that you disconnected from the drain pump. Should read 120v. I' betting it will.
St your multimeter to check for resistance or better yet continuity. Touch each lead to the 2 pins on the drain pump. If there is no continuity or no resistance reading, then the drain pump is bad and needs to be changed. Once changed, your washing machine will run like new again.
keep me posted.

I am renting a condo--where does the detergent

Hi, W/D here.
At the top left there is a drawer. Pull it out. The detergent, softener and bleach cups should all be labeled. If not, the detergent dispenser will be the largest one. Check and make sure that the divider at the back of the dispenser is in the right position. There should be one position for liquid detergent, and another for powder. The indicators are on the edge of the drawer.
Best regards, --W/D--

Axxis won't start... door appears to be closed

first completely power it off, by unplugging it,then after 30 minutes of off time, re-try powering it again(possible F-1 error or Fault code on a machine with a read-out),sometimes they glitch like a computer, then if this doesn't help the matter, then it may have a bad central control unit and/or motor control unit or ALL of the above from "serial-bus" connector corrosion failure, then try unplugging all connections everywhere inside the unit and clean and replace and let any moisture dry out before closing the unit up,as moisture will cause "serial-bus" signals that control ALL washer cycles to quit,it won't drop the circuit breaker as a dead short, but the central control unit, will "freeze-up"due to no-signal or a bad-signal,due to moisture

My bosh washer will not

Hi, there maybe water left in the machine? if this is the case you could have a faulty pump or control panel.

Take a bucket and disconnect or take out the drain hose from wherever it is located, put the end in the bucket and lower the pipe to below the drum level get it as low and flat as you can so gravity drains the water that might be left in the machine, when all the water is out , put the drain hose back or reconnect it. swith on the machine and try to open the door, you may have to wait a couple of minutes, hopefully the door will open and you can get out you washing, after this switch off the machine and check the filter for blockages, clean out what ever debris there may be then re-insert the filter and try the machine on a cycle, if it stops again and doesn't drain the water then suspect the pump is faulty.

If you are unable to replace the pump then you'll have to call in an engineer to sort it out, unless it's still under warranty in which case contact your supplier or the manufacturer.

Hope this helps.

Motor humming drum stopped. pulley or belt

Hello & Welcome to FixYa

The problem is with the motor itself that is bad and needs replacement. I don't think it is the belt that is bad causing this issue, if you want you can take it apart and check the belt. However, the hum sound itself indicates that the motor is bad and recommended repair is replacing the motor. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.
